On September 26, 2025, at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, the “Thailand–China Cooperation Expo 2025” was held under the theme “50 Years of Thailand-China Relations: Marching Towards Shared Prosperity.” The opening ceremony was presided over by General Surayut Chulanont, President of the Privy Council, with a special keynote delivered by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul. The event celebrated five decades of close relations and highlighted Thailand’s role as a Global Supply Chain Hub in the new economy era.
The expo was co-organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade Thailand, the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Enterprises Association in Thailand (under the “Thai-Chinese Trade Mechanism”), together with IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. The event also received support from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Thailand and various Thai government agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Ministry of Education, the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), and the Board of Investment (BOI).
It marked the first event in Thailand that brought together cooperation in trade, investment, education, and employment between the two nations on a single platform.
MOU Signing between LET and All Seasons Property (ASP)
At the event, Loxley Evolution Technology Co., Ltd. (LET), led by CEO Mr. Yuthaporn Chitakasem, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Wu Zheng, Managing Director of All Seasons Property (ASP).
This agreement underlines the collaboration between the two organizations from Thailand and China in bringing together LET’s integrated security solutions with ASP’s expertise in real estate development. The partnership aims to drive innovations that address safety, sustainability, and future economic growth.
The partnership between LET and ASP is a significant step forward in raising the standards of property development projects with advanced security systems, while also creating opportunities to expand into regional and global markets.
