HIGHLIGHT D/ID – Digital Post ID D/ID introduces a new approach to address data management by reducing unnecessary exposure of personal information on parcel labels and envelopes. Instead of displaying a recipient’s full name, address, and telephone number, the system uses a 6-digit digital delivery code and QR Code, helping improve privacy, convenience, and accuracy in identifying delivery locations.

From Digital Delivery ID to National Digital Infrastructure

The potential of D/ID extends beyond parcel delivery. The initiative aims to develop D/ID into part of Thailand’s national digital data infrastructure, supporting future connectivity across government agencies, private-sector organizations, and logistics service providers.
  • PrivacyReduces unnecessary exposure of personal information such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
  • AccuracyImproves the accuracy of identifying destinations and delivery locations.
  • ConnectivitySupports future data connectivity between government agencies, private organizations, and logistics service providers.
  • Emergency SupportAddress ID can potentially be applied to location identification, helping authorities provide faster and more accurate assistance to people in disaster-affected areas or emergency situations.
LET is committed to supporting the application of technology and its expertise in Digital Transformation and System Integration to further develop digital services that prioritize data security, ease of use, and the creation of practical, sustainable digital infrastructure for long-term use.
